"There were quite a lot of ants on the floor which seemed to be coming from underneath the skirting boards which wasn’t great. A security deposit of €500 was requested before check in which wasn’t expected and seemed a little steep but this was back in my account up to 7 days after check out as advised."

"The property is very nice, cosy, sunny and spacious apartment that includes everything that you need. I stayed with my two kids and it was very comfortable. The location is also great right across Le bon Marche and bus stop."

"After taking a shower there was a terrible smell and it didn't go away untill we left. There was complimentary car transfer to and from the airport, we arranged the first one with no problem but for the return the given link asked for the fee and the flight was the next day. When I contacted the property they couldn't do anything since their manager works till 18.00. So I recommend to arrange all prior to arrival"

"Great location, bed comfy, great shower, didn’t use the kitchen area but it was well equipped had we need to use it. Felt very safe and liked the hall area leading to the flat, got cool photos in here. The local food and drink spots were fantastic"

"The lamp next to the beds bulb was out and the remote batteries had run out but as we stayed such a short time we didn’t contact to get these things sorted, I’m sure the host could have fixed this for us. It is a small space but fine as a base if you’re out and about."

"Lovely view from the apartments! We really could see the Eiffel Tower... even its night sparkling lights! Our daughter was happy about that :) Heaters works very well, so it's not cold at winter. Everything is new, and very comfy. Space is really well optimised! Even with small issues (below) I would hardly recommend it. I've been in Paris about 20 times and have a lot of experience with airbnb. So this one is pretty good indeed!"

"The code didn't work on pick-up the key. We had to call to host and it took strangely quite long to give us a new code. On a check to code (new one) didn't work AGAIN, so we had to call AGAIN and do all procedure again... Pillows are not so comfy :( Too hard."
